Wednesday, May 14, 2025 - 10:00

On May 8, undergraduate students from our Irish Politics and Society module attended the The Irish Studies in International Affairs (ISIA) Conference, "Reconstructing the global order: imperatives and possibilities for cooperation in turbulent times", at the Royal Irish Academy (RIA). They also attended a reception for the Journal of Irish Studies in International Affairs at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). The students feasted at Bambino’s pizza after the conference and reception.

The trip was organised and led by the module lecturer, Dr Shelley Deane.

See photos of the day below including a photo of the students with Geraldine Byrne Nason, Irish Ambassador to the USA.
