The G4IG programme is an Enterprise Ireland initiative that supports Irish based companies to employ and train graduates in international business development. Graduates are placed in a company in Ireland and once employed will complete a project related to the company’s growth plan in an overseas market. Graduates identified as having the potential to become international business development executives will be employed by companies and provided with a structured means of developing new skills while completing a Postgraduate Diploma in International Business Development. G4IG is 18 months in duration, with participants based in an overseas market for a minimum of six months and up to 12 months.

G4IG runs every 18 to 24 months, but candidates can also register for the Graduate Business Growth Initiative for which Enterprise Ireland are currently asking graduates and employers to register.
