Room Swaps Request Registration: If you wish to request to change your room please complete the room move request form located in the help section on your residents account.
Room swaps will incur a €50.00 charge. Room swaps can only be facilitated where:
1) We have a written request to move
2) We have a matched request from another student
3) Swaps are allowed to same room types only (River single to River single, Village Single to Village single etc)
4) Room swaps may incur a charge for administrative and cleaning costs
5) Where the swap will create a reasonable change to the dynamic of the apartment
Swaps are not easily found so please be very careful when you choose your room type at booking stage.
