New research data available: Returning Irish Migrants Collection

Friday, October 2, 2015 - 13:00

Between July 1997 and March 1998 Professor Mary Corcoran conducted twenty-three in-depth interviews with returning Irish emigrants, mostly in the Dublin region (two were conducted in the midlands and one in the south-east).  Seventeen of these interview transcripts were deposited in the Irish Qualitative Data Archive

They are now available in the Digital Repository of Ireland for dissemination to bona fide researchers and teachers and to students who are currently registered at a third-level academic institution.

IQDA is a data infrastructure in the Maynooth University Social Sciences Institute and a member organization of the Digital Repository of Ireland.
