Last month, Dr Paul Donovan, Senior Lecturer at the School of Business, was shortlisted, along with Kathleen Halligan, Head of People Development at ICON plc, for a CIPD Award (Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development).
Dr Donovan and Ms Halligan were shortlisted for the software application developed by Dr Donovan which was applied to the evaluation and transfer of a management development programme at ICON plc.
