Dr Donovan Publishes Article in Management Teaching Review

Dr Paul Donovan, Senior Lecturer in Leadership at the School of Business, has recently published an article which deals with the way teachers and trainers can use a novel approach to reducing apprehension in their students in role-play situations. The article, entitled ‘The Disaster Approach: Countering Learner Apprehension in Role-Play’ appears in Management Teaching Review, 1 - 9, (2017), Sage, DOI: 10.1177/2379298117728706.
 
Dr Donovan’s research interest is the transfer of training and he lectures at postgraduate and undergraduate levels in modules on LeadershipProfessional and Learning Skills, and Negotiation and Dispute Resolution.
