Dr. Andreeva recently presented a paper at the 3rd HR Division International Conference

Dr Tatiana Andreeva, Senior Lecturer in Management and Organisational Behaviour and a Research Director at the School of Business has co-authored a paper that was recently presented at the 3rd HR Division of Academy of Management International Conference (HRIC). The paper titled “The effect of gaps between intended and perceived HR practices on employees’ knowledge-sharing behavior” explores how employees perceive HR practices differently from their managers, and how these gaps in perception influence whether employees share knowledge with each other at work or not. Tatiana has co-authored this paper with Veronika Kabalina (Higher School of Economics, Russia), Maral Muratbekova-Touron (ESCP Europe, France) and Olga Podverbnykh (Siberian State Aerospace University, Russia).
