Dr Andreeva Receives Best Paper Award at International Forum on Knowledge Asset Dynamics

Last week, Dr Tatiana Andreeva, together with her co-authors Dr Guillermo Davila and Dr Gregorio Varvakis, received the Best Paper Award at 12th International Forum on Knowledge Asset Dynamics (IFKAD).
 
Their paper, entitled ‘(How) are Brazilian companies managing knowledge for innovation?’, was selected the best paper from among 180 papers from 43 countries presented at IFKAD.
 
IFKAD is a leading conference in the field of managing knowledge and intellectual capital; this year it took place in St. Petersburg, Russia.
 
Tatiana is a Lecturer in Management and Organisational Behaviour at the School of Business. Her current research focuses on the intersections of knowledge management, organisational behaviour and human resource management, with a specific attention to micro-foundations of organisational processes and peculiarities of the contexts in which these processes evolve.
