Ciarán McFadden, a final year PhD student in the School of Business, and his doctoral supervisor, Dr. Marian Crowley-Henry, has received the award for Best Student Paper at the 19th Annual Irish Academy of Management Conference, held in UCD Smurfit School last week.
The paper is entitled: “Politics, Privilege and Power: Exploring the Role of Workplace Heteronormativity in the Identity Management of Lesbian, Gay and Bisexual Employees in Ireland”.
