The Froebel Department of Primary and Early Childhood Education is delighted to announce the inaugural Froebel Department Research Seminar at 4-6pm on Thursday 25th October in SE128 in the School of Education building. Professor Liselott Mariett Olsson will be presenting on the topic, ‘Taking children's questions seriously: the need for creative thought’. Professor Olsson is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Culture and Education at Södertörn University, Stockholm, Sweden. She is the author of books such as Movement and Experimentation In Young Children's Learning and she has published extensively on teacher education, early-childhood education, pedagogy, and globalisation, identity, teaching and learning. All faculty and students are welcome!
