Prof Tobias Lock

Professor Tobias Lock was awarded a Jean Monnet Chair in EU law and Fundamental Rights through the European Union’s Erasmus+ programme.

The award followed a competitive process and Professor Lock’s was the only Jean Monnet Chair awarded to an Irish university in 2020.
