What management practices should firms implement in order to benefit from their knowledge resource the most and improve innovativeness? Should firms try to use all possible practices, or focus on some? Does country context matter for the choice of the best combination of practices? A new paper by Dr Tatiana Andreeva from Maynooth University School of Business, co-authored with Dr Guillermo Davila and Dr Gregorio Varvakis from Federal University of Santa Catarina (Brazil), addresses these questions, exploring the data from Brazilian firms.
