The Jean Monnet Chair of EU Law and Fundamental Rights at Maynooth Department of Law hosted the 3rd Leuven-Maynooth-Edinburgh Brexit seminar for early careers scholars on 16 June 2021. Ten early careers scholars from universities all over Europe presented their Brexit-related research during the seminar addressing three core themes: The framework for post-Brexit EU-UK relations; Implications of Brexit for the UK; and Brexit and substantive law. A twitter thread with the key arguments presented can be found here.

The seminar was organised by Prof Tobias Lock (Maynooth), Prof Wouter Devroe (Leuven), Dr Leandro Mancano (Edinburgh), and Katharina Behrend (Oxford). The seminar will result in a special issue of EU Law Live co-edited by Leandro Mancano and Tobias Lock.
