CONNECT Lite 2014
CONNECT Lite, is a biennial event hosted by the Commercialisation Office to highlight relevant opportunities to the business community and to provide a networking opportunity for delegates to meet and explore how they can work together. Maynooth University, supported by its technology transfer consortium partners, have a Programme of keynote speakers that includes Alison Campbell of the cTTO, Martin Curley of Intel, Fiona Slevin Entreprenuer, Loic Lucan of Competitive Intelligence, and Dan Crowley of the NDRC VentureLabs. Other topics presented include Crowd Funding and the Horizon 2020 funding landscape and opportunities for SME's.
Maynooth University continues to open its doors to the business community. Both nurturing and developing good business ideas are essential to Ireland’s economic recovery. R&D can be an expensive and difficult process which many businesses struggle to pay for. Working in partnership with Maynooth University, these barriers can be overcome.
