The Student Records & Registration Office would like to invite applications from interested Postgraduates to assist in our busy Registration period.

All posts will based in the Student Records Office in Humanity House and due to COVID restrictions staff will be employed on a part-time basis working three days one week and two days the next week and so on.

Tasks will include responding to queries via phone and email; verifying documents; issuing transcripts, letters and forms; printing and posting Student ID cards and any other duties pertaining to student registration.

Accuracy and attention to detail is important along with excellent IT skills.

  • Two of the posts will run from the 21st June to the 15th October approximately
  • Five further posts will run from the 16th August until the 1st October approximately.
