Dean is an Assistant Professor in Marketing in the School of Business at Maynooth University. His previous appointment was as an Assistant Lecturer in Marketing at Technological University Dublin. He completed his PhD in Marketing at Maynooth University in 2022 as a Graduate Teaching Studentship Award recipient. His research interests include luxury service brands and their endeavours to utilise social media platforms as luxury signalling environments and has previously published in the International Journal of Management Reviews and the Journal of Travel and Tourism Marketing.
