MU and Regional Assemblies launch National Census Atlas dashboard
Ireland’s three Regional Assemblies, in collaboration with MU's All-Island Research Observatory (AIRO), have launched the National Census Atlas, a ground-breaking tool that provides an unprecedented view of over 200 social, economic, and environmental indicators at the neighbourhood level across Ireland.

We are delighted to welcome a new group of MA participants to our MA programmes in International Development, and International Peacebuilding, Security and Development Practice for the 2024/2025 academic year. We had the pleasure of meeting most of the group at our orientation day held on Monday 29th September 2024. As always, the group represents a diverse global community; bringing varied and rich experiences to the programmes.

Graduation 2024
The start of September was an exciting time for the Department of Psychology with a week of graduations and celebrations. On Tuesday the 3rd of September over 200 of our Psychological Studies students graduated with a joint honours BA degree. Then, on Friday 6th both our single honours BA and BSc students received their degrees.

Workshop on Internally Displaced Persons Law and Policy hosted by Centre for International Justice, School of Law and Criminology
The workshop was organised by Dr Bríd Ní Ghráinne, Associate Professor at the School of Law and Criminology. It gathered participants from various disciplines, countries, and career stages to showcase their research and gain detailed feedback from their peers.
