Generation Z'a views on work and careers

Research funded by an Enterprise Ireland Innovation Voucher awarded to Zeminar and Maynooth University School of Business principal investigator, Dr Marian Crowley-Henry, supported by PhD candidate, Kim Coogan, is shared in the latest RTE Brainstorm publication Meet your new workmates: generation Z's views on work and careers
The research involved data collection from different stakeholders (teachers, employers, Gen Zers), finding that Irish Gen Zs (born since 1995) want to work and are motivated to work by both intrinsic and extrinsic factors. While the next generation of workers may have impressive digital skills, the research questions their competencies in communicating and working face-to-face and offline. #GenZ
