Academic Writing Workshop in the Library

Academic Writing in the Social Sciences (Taylor & Francis in association with Maynooth University Library)

The workshop will be in two parts:
 

  1. “Author Workshop: publishing in academic journals”Tom KelIy (10am-11.30am)
  2. “How to be an effective reviewer: peer review for academic journals.Gareth Meager (11.30-12.30)

 Location: Training Rooms A&B in Maynooth University Library
 
When:       Monday 16th October
 
 These sessions will be aimed primarily at early career researchers in the Social Sciences but all of those interested are welcome to attend, it will have a broad applicability.
 
There will time allotted for Q&A’s during each session
 
Tea, Coffee & Pastries will be available in the Library from 9.30am
