Dubliner Ivan Goff has performed with a long list of household names in Irish music (Danú, Dervish, Lúnasa, Riverdance)as well as artists across many genres internationally, including renowned musicians Paul Winter and Evan Parker. He has performed a specially commissioned concerto for uilleann pipes (Albany Symphony Orchestra, comp. Robinson McLellan) and new-music piece, Paradigms Lost for pipes, bass clarinet, and orchestra (comp. Elizabeth Hoffman). Ivan's music has featured in film (Cremaster 3, dir. Matthew Barney), live accompaniment for silent film (Come on Over at MOMA), theatrical productions (Peter and WendyMabou Mines, dir. Lee Breuer) and the choreographic score for Jean Butler's Hurry (Danspace Project, NYC). Ivan lives in Brooklyn and is currently a PhD candidate in music at NYU.
