The Royal Irish Academy on Dawson Street has published a series of three position papers in response to the Creative Ireland programme 2017 to 2022, a five-yer all-of-Government initiative to place creativity at the centre of public policy. Prof. Lorraine Byrne Bodley has written the position paper on music, making various recommendations on changes which are needed in music education in Ireland. It is the first paper on music which the Royal Irish Academy have published and it can be accessed here
