Second-hand bikes available
We also have a range second-hand bicycles which are fully cleaned and serviced, and can be bought from our mobile unit. Prices from €50 to €99.
You can also trade in your own bicycle against any of our new and second-hand bikes.

We have vast experience at bicycle restoration, so if you have an old bike why not talk to us about restoring it to it's former glory. Come over and talk to us regarding all your cycling requirements.
We also cater for the cycle to work scheme.
Maynooth University is delighted to be participating in the Cycle to Work Scheme.
This is open to all permanent full/part time staff and to staff on fixed term contracts. You could save up to staggering 49.5% on the cost of purchasing a bike through this scheme.

The university will host two (2) cycle to work showcases during the 2018/2019 academic year. The showcase will be located in the Iontas Foyer from 10.00am to 4.00pm.
Coyne Cycles Ltd; the cycling specialists who look after the cycle clinic on campus will again be hosting the event, so quality is assured.
You don't have to do or bring anything with you (just staff ID number), all the paperwork required will be supplied.
No cash exchanges hands as all will be done through salary deduction over the course of a 12 month period.
There will be a large range of bikes on display for everyone to view, showing the cost and the price you'll actually pay.
All bikes sold will have a lifetime guarantee on the frame and 1 year guarantee on components.

The cycle repair stand is located in the cycle shelter between the Bio-Science Building and the Phoenix Restaurant on Campus North.
The stand will help facilitate with small repairs to your bike that will allow you to get on your way.
