MU Library is pleased to provide access for students preparing for their Leaving Certificate exams. The Leaving Certificate Study Scheme will run from the 24 May until the 27 June 2023.

    To apply:

    • Read the following and agree to the library regulations outlined on the online application form
    • You will receive a confirmation email when you successfully submit your application
    • You will receive a second email when your application has been approved.  This email will contain information about when and where to collect your library access card
    • Students who are under 18 years of age will also receive a consent form to be completed and signed by a parent or guardian, which will need to be handed in at the Library Admission when collecting the access card

    Library Access Card:

    • Each student is issued with a library access card. You need this card to gain entry to the Library. NO CARD, NO ENTRY, NO EXCEPTIONS
    • The access card is the responsibility of the student it has been issued to and can only be used by that student
    • Lost cards should be reported to library staff at the Admissions desk
    • Please return the card to library staff at the reception desk at the end of the scheme

    Data Protection:

    MU Library will use the personal data you provide, by way of this form, for the purpose of the Leaving Certificate Study Scheme only.  The personal data will be retained until 1 July 2023, after this the data will be deleted in a secure manner.  MU Library will not disclose your personal data to any external body.
