Prof Michael Doherty invited to speak at the University of Vigo.
Prof Michael Doherty was invited to speak at an International Seminar on ‘El trabajo en la nueva economía’ hosted by the University of Vigo. Prof Doherty spoke on the ‘Concept of the Worker in EU Law’; he recently published a piece ‘Trade Unions and the “Gig Economy”’ in Game Changers in Labour Law: Shaping the Future of Work. Prof Doherty is Head of Maynooth University Department of Law and lectures courses to all first year law students on Introduction to Law, as well as Employment Law to BCL/ LLB students.
