Professor Michael Doherty will speak at the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation high level conference on the Future of Work in Dublin Castle on Friday 12th May. The one day conference, which takes place in the context of the ILO's flagship Centenary Initiative on the Future of Work, will bring together key stakeholders from the social partners, industry and academia for a national dialogue on this important topic.
Prof Doherty will give an overview of existing legal framework governing work in the ‘gig economy.
Professor Doherty teaches Employment Law on the LLB and BCL courses at Department of Law, Maynooth University.
