Ian Drennan, Director of Corporate Enforcement, from the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement (the ‘ODCE’), gave Maynooth University undergraduate law students a talk on the work and powers of the ODCE. Ian gave students valuable insight into the enforcement of company law in Ireland and provided practical examples of why company law and its enforcement are so important in a modern economy.
