Launch of the 2019 (Vol. 16) Probation Journal last Friday (29th November 2019) at the Cross-Border Public Protection Advisory Group seminar at Stormont, Belfast. One of the articles is my 12th Martin Tansey Memorial Lecture, sponsored by the Association for Criminal Justice, Research and Development (ACJRD) and delivered at the Criminal Courts of Justice, Dublin, on 6th March 2019.
