Dr Noelle Higgins co-authors article on the destruction of cultural property

Dr Noelle Higgins recently co-authored an article on the issue of the destruction of cultural property and how this crime has been treated by the International Criminal Court. The article, co-written with Dr Mohamed Elewa Badar, was published in the International Criminal Law Review, Vol. 17(3) (2017), 486.

Dr Higgins is a Senior Lecturer at Maynooth University Department of Law where she lectures in International Criminal Law, Public International Law, and The Rights of Minorities and Indigenous Peoples. Noelle is also the Director of the Department's Postgraduate Programmes.
