The Industrial Law Journal has curated a collection of articles making the most impact to mark the release of the latest Journal Citation Reports™ from Clarivate, 2021.
 
Included in this collection is a piece by Professor Michael Doherty and Valentina France, ‘Solving the ‘Gig-saw’? Collective Rights and Platform Work.’ The article looks at the issue of how collective bargaining may function in the ‘platform economy’, and the role of collective labour law actors, most notably the social partners.

Also included in this collection is an article by Dr David Doyle, Dr Cliodhna Murphy and PhD candidate Muiread Murphy entitled 'Still Waiting for Justice: Migrant Workers’ Perspectives on Labour Exploitation in Ireland’ This article explores how migrant workers subjected to severe and routine exploitation experience the Irish labour law framework in practice.
