Clíodhna Murphy was invited to speak at the conference "The 'Others' amongst 'Us': Thoughts on Western Societies, Otherness and the Law", in the University of Leiden, The Netherlands, on 8-9 December. She delivered a paper on "'Others' in Domestic Constitutional Law: An Equality-Based Approach". The plan is that the papers will be published as an edited collection in Spring 2019.
Dr Cliodhna Murphy is a lecturer at the Department of Law, Maynooth University and researches in the areas of migration law, human rights, international law and company law.
