Maynooth University ServiceDesk is your 'One Stop Shop' for all computer related queries and requests for staff computers, printers and any other equipment recommended and purchased through IT Services. It is web-based and an easy way for you to request assistance, to find answers and resolve your computing problems in an efficient manner. You can quickly and easily send an inquiry for help on a problem or issue.
ServiceDesk is available on campus only.
You may also:

- Access a history of all your requests
- Look up answers to Frequently Asked Questions regarding IT issues
Click on the following link and log in with your Maynooth University username and password.
Shortly after you submit a ticket, you will receive an email confirmation from the system indicating you have successfully logged a ticket.
