- A valid Maynooth University Staff or Student Login Account
- A laptop connected to a university wireless network
- Sufficient credit on your MyCard (student card)

How to install the Wireless Printing App

Sending a print job:
Please note:
Installation of the Wireless Printing App may change your default printer to one of the printers listed below!
Once you have installed the Wireless Printing App on your laptop, 4 additional print queues are added to your computer:
- Mono simplex
- Mono duplex
- Colour simplex
- Colour duplex
To send a print job from any program select >File >Print
Select the preferred printer from the list of installed printers and click Print.
A Wireless Printing pop-up window (see below) will appear prompting you for your username.
Please note:
You must enter your username correctly as the system will not verify it.
(An incorrect entry will render you unable to release your print job)
Click Print
Your print job will remain in the queue for 4 hours before being automatically removed from the system.
