Irish Cultural Heritage Students at Glendalough.

Students participating in the Certificate in Irish Cultural Heritage in the School of Celtic Studies, Maynooth University, explored and learned about the fascinating and beautiful site that is Glendalough this semester. Once home to a monastic settlement founded in the 6th century by St Kevin, Glendalough is renowned for its stunning natural beauty and long history.

Experiential field trips are an essential part of the Irish Cultural Heritage modules in Maynooth University. Consider taking the course this coming September. See https://www.maynoothuniversity.ie/irish-cultural-heritage for more details or contact us at [email protected].
