International Office is lucky to be working with two extra pairs of hands as two interns joined the staff recently.
Anna-Lena Haupt: “It is a great opportunity to gain practical work experience in an international environment.”
Anna-Lena comes from Germany. She studies International Cultural and Business Studies at the University of Passau and is doing the internship as part of her degree.
Shelby Zimmerman: “I want to help promote study abroad and assist international students, so they will also have a great experience in Maynooth.”
Shelby is from Baltimore, Maryland and has recently graduated from Towson University with a degree in History and Museum Studies. She decided to return back to Maynooth and become an intern with our office, because she had wonderful time as a study abroad student in Fall 2016.
