We recommend that you take the Airport Hopper service from Dublin airport. They run a regular service from Dublin Airport to Maynooth Town. The student fare is currently €12 single (20% discount if booked online). You get off the bus at the last stop which is opposite the Glenroyal Hotel.
Maynooth University South campus is a 15 minute walk from this stop; the North Campus is a 20-minute walk from this stop. Please see map here:

Student assistants will be available at this stop from 9am - 9pm on Sunday 15 September and Monday 16 September 2019 to direct you to your accommodation (you can move into your on campus accommodation from Sunday 15 September). If you have a lot of luggage, they can help arrange for a local taxi company to collect you and bring you to campus (approximate cost €6).
Alternatively you can take a taxi from Dublin airport to Maynooth. You can pick up a taxi at the taxi rank at Dublin Airport. The approximate cost is €60 one way.

All full-degree Undergraduate & Postgraduate, Erasmus and US Study Abroad students visiting Maynooth University (for the September 2019 academic year start) will receive a username and password with instructions on how to pre-register online.
This email will be sent from the Records Office to you in August/September prior to your arrival at Maynooth University so students are advised to please check your email regularly.
Visiting students can upload a suitable photo online for use on your Maynooth University student ID card. If you do not pre-register online you will be late receiving your student card when you arrive.
Visiting students will need to present themselves at the Records Office for Registration and Document Verification when they arrive at Maynooth University.You will be notified by the Records office of your time slot and confirmation of what documentation to bring with you.
The required documents are as follows: Passport, National ID or Birth Certificate.
Once this is completed you will receive your Maynooth University student ID card. Students who fail to register in person during the given time-slots may incur a late registration fee.
