The International Office is dedicated to providing a supportive environment for all international students at Maynooth University, from providing information and answers to your questions during the application, visa and immigration processes, to organizing specific orientation activities and support for international students when you arrive, and providing on-going activities and support services during the academic year. In this section, you will find information to help you once you have arrived at Maynooth University.
Support services available to all students on campus are coordinated by the Student Services team. The team oversees the Access Office, Medical and Counselling Centre, Residence Office, Careers Service and Academic Advisory service, Crèche, Chaplaincy and Students’ Union. On-campus facilities also include accommodation, a new restaurant, excellent sports facilities and a new Library extension which has doubled the size of the existing building. There are also over 150 active clubs and societies, providing many opportunities for students to get involved in social, cultural and sporting activities.
