IVI collaborating with Ulster University and Anglia Ruskin University
Wednesday, March 21, 2018 - 16:30

Are you a small firm who uses digital tools  (i.e. social media, cloud technology, Skype etc.) for your business?
This may be something you embrace or you may have decided that this is not relevant to your firm. Either way we are very keen to hear from you.

Digitization is a result of digital transformation efforts and can be defined as "Organizational change through the use of digital technologies and business models to improve performance” (Wade, 2014, p.3).

The Innovation Value Institute (IVI) at Maynooth University, Ireland - in collaboration with Ulster University (UU), Northern Ireland and Anglia Ruskin University, England - are undertaking research on the extent of digitization through IT within SMEs (small-to-medium sized enterprises).  We invite you as an SME owner or manager to complete the following online survey to help provide us with key insights in this area.

Completion of the survey should take no more than 15 minutes.  We appreciate your help with this study and would be happy to share the findings if this is of interest to you.We would like to assure participants that the data collected will be anonymised, and stored in a secure location, for the duration of this study and will be retained for a maximum of 10 years from publication.  It will not be shared with any third party or used for any other purpose.  Privacy and confidentiality are key considerations of the research team.
