Executive Assistant (Permanent) - Examinations & Timetabling Office

Sunday, November 19, 2017

The Examinations and Timetabling Office, as part of the larger Registry unit, is going through a period of significant change. Work is ongoing to ensure the successful implementation of changes to support the University’s new curriculum and Marks and Standards. This requires effective processes and procedures to ensure that we can successfully support students and staff into the future.

The timetabling function within the Examinations & Timetabling Office has an important role in supporting the overall academic endeavour and student experience. We are seeking to appoint an Executive Assistant who will provide administrative support to the work of the Examinations & Timetabling Office within Registry. The candidate will work to deliver and support the academic timetable in a period of change and development. The person appointed will work as part of a team in a busy operational and deadline driven environment to support the strategic and operational goals of the Examinations & Timetabling Office, as well as the wider Registry and University environments. The work will be diverse and challenging, and will require a high degree of flexibility on the part of the appointee.
