Executive Assistant (One year contract) - Registry
We are seeking to appoint Executive Assistants to provide a high level of administrative support to Registry. Successful candidates will have a flexible, agile style of working and will contribute to a variety of functions in Registry including but not restricted to 1) administration relating to external examiners, 2) curriculum management, 3) non-routine student and staff queries and 4) the Conferring Office.
The successful candidates will work closely with colleagues within the wider Registrar’s Office and across the University. The work will involve the accurate execution of important operational processes in addition to the provision of support and information for students, colleagues and third parties.
