Executive Assistant (2 x One-Year Contract) - Student Records
The Student Records Office, as part of the larger Registry unit, is going through a period of significant change. Work is ongoing to ensure the successful implementation of changes to support the University’s new curriculum and Marks and Standards. This requires effective processes and procedures to ensure that we can successfully support students and staff into the future
We are seeking to appoint Executive Assistants who will provide a high level of administrative support to Student Records and Registration. The work will involve the accurate execution of important operational processes, the provision of support and information for students, colleagues and third parties, participation in continuous improvement of business processes and contribution to the development of Registry.
The successful candidates will also work closely with colleagues within the wider Registrar’s Office and across the university.
