Time Management and Personal Effectiveness
This programme is designed to equip participants with the necessary skills to manage themselves more effectively so as to enhance their use of time and to maintain balance. It will be very practical and, at the end, attendees will be required to draw up an action plan to implement in their own workplace.

On this highly practical workshop-style course, participants will gain a range of essential skills, tips and techniques and a step-by-step guide to handling different situations.
