This digital exhibition includes videos, interviews, photographs, and images of watercolour/mixed media works by Irish-based artists: Monica de Bath, Cathy Fitzgerald, Joe Lee, Silvia Loeffler (IRC PostDoc scholar in Maynooth Geography), Fearghus Ó Conchúir (PhD IRC scholar in Maynooth Geography) and Vukasin Nedeljkovic, all of whom will speak about their work at the 'Mapping Spectral Traces: The Place of the Wound' international symposium. At the exhibition launch a selection of music will be performed by musician and IRC PhD candidate in Geography, Aoife Kavanagh (violin and flute), and Shane Hennessy (guitar). Funded by the Irish Research Council New Foundations scheme, with support from the Space&Place Research Collaborative, Department of Geography, Maynooth University and the international Mapping Spectral Traces network.
