Letters 1916-1923, an extension of the successful Letters of 1916, is broadening its collection period to encompass the tumultuous events leading up to Irish independence and the conflict that followed. This phase of the project will have a greater emphasis on leveraging the letters as data, opening up the time to new modes of analysis and visualisation. As with Letters of 1916, we invite inquisitions and individuals to collaborate with us in creating this collection. This phase of the project is generously supported by a grant from the Irish Research Council.
