MA/MSc Bursaries

The Research Institute for the Humanities offers two (2) €500 bursaries to highly-qualified students of the MA in Digital Humanities or the MSc in Spatial eHumanities programme.  Please read:  Terms & Conditions - Masters Bursaries 2017-18

Maynooth University offers 60 Taught Masters Scholarships of €2,000 to potential students across all Masters programmes.

PhD Funding

Maynooth University also provides PhD funding through the John and Pat Hume Doctoral Scholars Award Scheme Further information about this and other funding schemes and how to apply for them are available here.

Other Funding Awards & Bursaries

SUSI grants are available at the postgraduate (MA and PhD) level and currently cover fees up to a maximum of €2,000 in most cases and €6,270 in exceptional cases of low income. SUSI is paid by the Department of Education and details of how to apply are available here

CRC Ciaran Barry Scholarship is an award available to all postgraduates who have a disability. Details on how to apply are available here
