Senior Postdoctoral Researcher


Dr Noone is a senior Postdoctoral Researcher at ICARUS Maynooth University specialising in climate change research and air pollution. As of present, she is working on the EPA funded Five Year Assessment Report for Ireland, Volume 1-Science: Ireland in a changing world.
Dr Noone completed her Ph.D. in 2005 at the School of Physics, National University of Ireland, Galway. Her thesis focused on“The Measurement & Analysis of Non-Methane Hydrocarbons at Mace Head Atmospheric Research Station, Co. Galway, Ireland”. Her research interests include climate change and climate communication, local air pollution, low-cost sensors, NMHC’s, high-resolution weather and air quality modelling.
