Dr Niamh Lynam-Lennon

    Biography

    Dr Niamh Lynam-Lennon is a graduate of Dublin City University (BSc 2007) and Trinity College Dublin (PhD 2011) and completed postdoctoral training at the Dept. of Surgery, Trinity College Dublin. In 2017, she was awarded a HRB-funded Emerging Investigator Award to establish her independent research group at Trinity College Dublin, which is focused on investigating mechanisms underlying treatment resistance in gastrointestinal cancers. In 2025, Dr Lynam-Lennon was appointed as an Assistant Professor in Biomedical Science at the Dept of Biology, Maynooth University.
