John O'Brennan recently delivered a lecture to the Irish Institute for International and European Affairs (IIEA) in Dublin, focusing on 'What next for EU Enlargement?  Pat Kelly who heads the EU Enlargement unit within the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, acted as Discussant for the event, with Mr Tony Brown, of the IIEA as Chair.
