The Department of Economics are delighted to welcome Jasmina Beehan, Head of the Irish Government Economic and Evaluation Service (IGEES) to speak to our students on “Irish Government Economic and Evaluation Service (IGEES) – Evidence Informed Policy Making in the Irish Civil Service,”. The talk will take place Tuesday Dec 1, from 12-1.
Jasmina Behan is the Head of IGEES, Economist, Department of Public Expenditure and Reform
IGEES was established in 2012, in the aftermath of the financial crisis. It has been championing evidence informed policy making through the use of skills, data and analysis to provide policy insights for better public policy formulation and public service delivery.
