MU Department of Law Seminar, entitled ‘Universal Jurisdiction and the Legacy of the Permanent Court of International Justice’, kindly sponsored by Maynooth University’s Commemorations Fund. The Seminar will take place 12-2 in the Phoenix Boardroom of Maynooth University, and speaking on the day will be Dr Mark Chadwick (Nottingham Law School), Dr Amina Adanan and Ms Jean Molloy (Maynooth University Department of Law). Topics to be discussed include universal jurisdiction and the current attempts to prosecute foreign fighters involved in contemporary conflicts.
