On September 24th 2018, parking restrictions will commence once again for the academic year, including the pay and display zones. The €40 permit charge will remain the same.
The Permit Management System is now active and ready to accept permit applications. You should receive a confirmation e mail when you apply. If you do not receive a confirmation e mail after you apply please contact Parking and Traffic Management for confirmation or you may leave your vehicle at risk to being immobilised.
To ensure your permit is issued without delay please note the following:
Permits will be distributed through the internal postal system and as such we ask that you include your department in the address on your application.
When applying for your permit you must enter the letter prefix S or W along with your staff number i.e. S1234 or W1234.
If you are an occasional staff member, you can not avail of the salary deduction payment option and will need to pay by credit/debit card.
The enforcement dates for the coming year are:
Monday 24th September 2018 to Friday 21st December 2018
Monday 7th January 2019 to Friday 7th June 2019
